Wife has been having deep pain in her glutes. She was complaining to a friend and the friend called her physical therapist husband. The wife and the friend went to see the PT together.

My wife had wore a dress and he commented on how she should wear some leggings or yoga pants next time while pulling up her dress. After exposing her ass in a thong he asks her to hold it up and do some other stretches.

Then he has her laying on the table with her dress up over her waste. He does a bunch of stretches all with her bare ass cheeks in the wind.
