Seems like this entire situation is a manipulation by these two sisters.
Either the sister's husband gets to fuck your wife or she divorces him.

Worse, you were not even there during these conversations between him and wife and her sister.
You only got her interpretation of the situation.

As an outsider looking in, my main question is this :
Why is this all about him, his dick, and his needs.
What about you, your dick, and your needs?

to RichardStands, let's not forget the wife, she's the one wandering. She should be loyal to her husband. There's no way in Hell I'd believe she'd be doing it for altruistic purposes.

To Orphan, correct, she is the one wandering.
And you're right.
She's doing it mainly for the big cock.
But she's got herself convinced she's being altruistic.
Maybe she needs more time to realize she's not.
Becuz I don't think she really wants to lose JB.

Before you dump your wife on the curb for being a cheating size queen, I think you owe it to yourself to give your sister-in-law a try-out and see if she has skills that would put a courtesan to shame. Fuck her at least a half dozen times to get her out of your system and if she doesn't do all you want with enthusiasm and promptness, then tell your wife the arrangement is over. She has to choose because you're not going to settle for asshole's sloppy seconds.
