I don't have a real estate license, I pretend I do, I tell people I only do commercial real estate which is hard for them to look through. I stay busy three of four times a week, a lot of it is entertaining, some of it is raw. Some of my clients are divorced, or widowed, and some of them like to get screwed behind their husband's back to get even.

Let me tell you about one of my clients. A mid fifties psychiatrist. They cannot answer a question, if you ask them if that Rolls is theirs, they answer 'what do you think'.
