Giving Myself To Him

I was sitting alone in the break room and my department head walked in and asked me to get him a cup of coffee. My first reaction was to tell him to get it himself but I got up, ran the coffee, served it to him in a cup and saucer the my Dad likes it, cream and one sugar. He said thanks and sat down so I sat and waited for him to finish.

That one gesture made me his personal coffee girl, his secretary calls and says he needs a coffee the way he likes. He is always thankful and many times he asks me to sit with him. We went to a department lunch and I was put beside him. Literally one of the other women on our team held the chair for me and when I sat down she said that he wanted his favorite to sit with him. When issues came up I was tasked with talking with him. I can't count the number of times coworkers refer to me as his honey.

It happened without me being aware, we were standing in a conference room with some out of town guests and some coworkers and I kissed him on the cheek. He grabbed my chin with his forefinger and thumb and pecked me on the forehead. It wasn't a surprise when he asked me if I would be nice to him and give him affection. He just wanted to hug me and kiss me. I knew if I gave in I'd end up in bed with him, if I didn't I would hurt his feelings, so I did the worst thing and said 'I love you too', but he had never declared his love for me.

He hugged me and kissed me and put me on the bed and I closed my eyes and waited for him. At that point, after he had completed himself, I lay there thinking about getting him a coffee. All this took place over three months, from fixing him the coffee till I lay back to receive him. I don't fully disagree that Daddy issues are part of it, but I believe any twenty something in the hands of a man twice her age has Daddy issues with him. Just hug him and you'll agree.
