Being His Favorite And Welcoming His New Girl To The Fold

At my first real job I found myself as the favorite girl on the staff. Our department had 13 women and one guy. Our head was an older very experienced, in matters of the flesh, man. It took him four days after I started to find myself in his bed. I was new to all of that, shy and inexperienced, What I knew was all hearsay, I had not dated and had never been kissed. In one night I lost all of my virginities, including my emotional virginity. The women in the department supported me and gave me advice. They looked after me, they pleased him by taking care of me.

When I became pregnant they were my support group, my baby was their baby too. It was during my pregnancy that I began to realize, he wasn't only a father figure to me, he was a father figure to all of them. I carried their baby too. As I lay in bed with my baby in my arms I was the baby sister and my sisters fawned over me.

Over the following years, I learned that some of my work sisters had also been his, when they were younger, but I was the first one to get pregnant. It also became clear as I turned 27 that a younger girl was being hired. I hurt inside as she became his favorite and I joined my work sisters as one of the older sisters looking after his new favorite girl.
