Yes, it is itchy when the hair starts to grow back, and sometimes it can even hurt...especially if you get an ingrown hair! My boyfriend is always happy enough if I just keep it trimmed short.

Yes, shave it and keep it shaved! It doesn't itch and bother you if you keep it shaved. It takes like five extra minutes in the shower to shave your twat so just do it!
