A couple months ago, I got drunk at a neighbor's pool party and was advised by the host to go sleep it off inside the house. I went into a bedroom and climbed into a bed. I discovered that the bed was already occupied by the host's son. He was drunk, too and we started fooling around and I think I passed out for a few minutes. When I woke up, he was inside me. I screamed at him to get off me, which he did after a few more strokes. I got dressed and went into another part of the house until I stopped shaking. Then I went to the hospital and told them I was raped. The guy was arrested and is in jail. Now my friends hate me. Was I wrong?

Yes, you bitch, you are WRONG!!!
If he had been under 18, then YOU would have been the one going to jail!
Take the consequences of your actions.
Unless he is convinced to plea bargain, then he'll never be convicted, but you'll have ruined his life.
Drop the charges now!

You are both at fault and you have to take the consequences for getting drunk and fooling around with someone. Same with him. After you told him to get off, he got off, right? You guys were both drunk and you probably seemed willing enough to have sex at first, so it's not exactly rape. Drop the charges.

Go ahead and roll the dice.
Technically, you were raped.
These things come up all the time. Don't skimp on getting a good trial attorney, tho; cause even some small town hack shyster for the defense who swanned thru law school getting C's and D's on daddy's dime, so he could come home as some "big noise", will rake you over the coals so hard you'll wish you had never seen a bottle of pop, much less the story you've got to tell. Lotsaluck.

If he doesn't apologize, then press charges, but give him a chance because it sound like you were just as much at falt. He may not even have known you were passed out given that you were both drunk. Besides, wasn't it you who got into bed with him?

By your own admission you were both drunk, and it was YOU who climbed into bed with him. Drop the charges.

What does that mean? The "victim" doesn't get a trial attorney --the state appoints a prosecutor who pursues the case. Why would she need a lawyer? Despite recent events, it is rare for there to be a civil trial to get monetary damages from rape.

b. you were messing around with him
c. probably started having sex and did not realize since you were fucked up
d. freaked out because you we fucked up
e. Fucked his life up forever.

You should do everything in your power to make sure he does not have charged pressed on him...you stupid whore!

A bunch of us guys got drunk at a pool party and my friend told us all to find a place to sleep and crash and not to drive home. We found couches, lawn chairs, hammocks or whatever to lay down. I found a vacant bedroom in his house and crashed there. In the night a girl came in to lay with me...I'm assuming it was his younger sister. I managed to mumble hey, you want me to move? she said no and preceded to suck me. I guess we both fell asleep because I woke up in the morning with my dick in her mouth.
I slipped it out and slipped away. She never did know who I was nor was I sure he she was...but it was sweet.
