I recently found out my boyfriend was using a chatroom and personal website every day. I knew he used chat rooms from time to time and I didn't really have a problem with it as I thought it was just the odd occasion when he was drunk. Then I discovered which website he used - it was one with his profile on it advertising for sex where it was possible to send messages and chat to people who advertised on it. He visited it every day of the week to talk to men (although his profile said he was also looking for a woman). (I'm female, he's male, we're both bisexual.) He couldn't see why I would have a problem with this even though I found out he was replying to people who messaged him saying they were wanting sex. His view was that if he never met anyone from the site then it was okay, and claimed it was just a bit of fun. Quite reasonably I think, I still had a problem with this and ended our relationship. He thinks I'm the unreasonable one as he claims he never met anyone and got the hump because I didn't trust him. I think he's a complete idiot. Has anyone else been in a situation like this?
