modesty aside, many women are very self-conscious about irregularities of their bodies, huge areolas may be a cause of insecurity for her. body shame and body shaming is still a very real thing amongst women. i have very ugly nails on my baby toes. to this day, i will not do nor wear anything that reveals my toes in public.

Convince her that she's attractive. Especially her breast. Help her take her breast pics, without face, and post it online, for folks like us to admire and appreciate. Show her thw comments. It might encourage her to try a bikini in public.
