I Feel Confused And Don't Know What To Think Anymore.

So, I have to relate this, I had a crush many years ago on a guy, I was only 17 years old back then and he was like 25, I met him at a wedding he was my cousin's godchild. He barely spoke with me back then,I was just a teenage girl but I still felt kinda hurt didn't think I will ever speak with him until he contacted me on facebook couple months ago and he texted me after New years, we chatted for like 3 or 4 days,he said he will call me but haven't,I thought he remembered who I am, I don't know why is he acting like this way ,why he even texted me in the first place I'm beginning to think that he doesn't remember me anymore was it just a coincidence? I get tons of message from guys all the time on facebook.
I don't know what to.do if I should text him back a message to dar how he is, I am quite confused that he acts that he doesn't know me I forgot to say that his sister and I were the maids of honor at that wedding, but to be honest it was a long time ago I am how 30 years old and he is 38, he didn't even know I liked him.
I feel really confused because I don't know if I should text him and say to him that we actually know each other or should I keep my mouth shut?
He told me that he would call me and he didn't is he playing with me, I waited like for 2 weeks...
