Happy Family Isn't Only A Dish At A Chinese Restaurant

I was always told to go fishing in the right pond to get the best fish. After graduation I accepted a job at a multinational oil company. I volunteered for various good public projects, where I met Dan. A divorced father of two and lonely for female company. I showed him I can cook, and helped fold the laundry. He asked that I not wear certain tops as he didn't think it was appropriate around his children. I took the vacuum cleaner out of his hands and asked him to fill my gas tank instead.

He asked me to get married and I convinced him to invite his ex so she could comfort the children. We did not ask her on our honeymoon, she kept the children. Now with two salaries I make sure she gets her child support on time and something extra to help with inflation.

Dan is happy, the children are happy with their new momma, the ex is thankful for the extra money and that I keep her in the loop. We lunch now once a week, happy ex happy husband. I'm not after his money, I'm after him. And him means the children and his ex too. Soon I will have a child or two of my own, and ex is the natural baby sitter and by extension their other momma, when I bring babies home.

Born poor, raised to make a home and keep a husband happy. I went fishing in the pond where middle aged men need a woman and have the means to keep her, in the lifestyle easy to become accustomed to. Happy momma, happy daddy, happy babies, happy kids, happy ex, happy family.
