My Mom

Back when I was in high school and in college, my mom worked on and off. My dad was a great provider, albeit with a miserable disposition sometimes. They seemed to have a good marriage - from the outside.

Over the course of these years I caught my mom cheating on my dad at least a dozen times. I never told anyone because the nuclear bomb would go off.

My mom and dad have both passed and I finally told my two sisters. BOTH of them confirmed the same: mom cheated on dad regularly. We were all like yep, it seemed so pervasive in her life. It never stopped.

Wow! Talk about a weird sibling discovery.
