Sybian Experiences?

Hi! I've been thinking about getting my wife (53) a Sybian, but I feel there's so much hype or maybe mystery or even information sensationalizing it.

My wife is very reserved and unadventurous, and I've mentioned to her I've wanted to get her something for the bedroom but it's met with some resistance.

We've done a few low-end vibrators and while she's enjoyed them, she has a rougher time ADMITTING that she's enjoyed them.

I am trying to take the approach of communication versus just surprising her with all sorts of expectations. I believe expectations ruin plenty of things in relationships.

I would love to give her an opportunity to do the Trial Buy-In for the Sybian, but, before I do, can any woman here relate to being surprised, hesitant, but then feel like, "You can only take this away from me OVER MY DEAD BODY!" where it was so beautiful an experience you'd never part with it?

I'm certainly not threatened by such an addition to our love-making, since her pleasure is my pleasure.

I'm looking for honest responses from women who've been given one as a surprise, and for responses from women who've been part of the purchase process with their lovers.

Right now I have my wife's knowledge of it somewhere in the middle of a surprise and a known thing, as in, "Something's possibly on the way..." but she's said that makes her very nervous.

Yes I know there are cheaper brands with more features.
