24 & Virgin

Hi,
Pretty embarrassing but I’m 24 and still a virgin. Gripping with my social anxiety, depression and the fact I went to an all girls school (not private btw), I have never even had a relationship. Also I should add I’m definitely plus size and overweight, currently trying to lose weight & currently going to the gym 5 days a week.

I’m on different dating apps and out of my depth, I feel like I’m being judged because of my size and not getting many matches. I’m looking for a relationship not hookups.

My questions if I ever get in a relationship with someone, should I tell them? Any advice about how to become more confident and do you think it’s embarrassing

There is someone who is attracted to any body type, weight, or whatever. If you are overweight there are men who really like that in a woman, REALLY like that. If you have big boobs, some men really go for that. I in particular like small boobs on a woman. Really liked a GF in college who had no boobs at all, perfectly flat chest.
There is someone for everyone, you'll find them, just be confident and make yourself get out there.

Firstly, if you want a relationship, get rid of the dating apps. Everyone who's tried them for relationships all say the same thing; don't use them. Going to gym is great, it's also a good way of meeting people. But if you're trying to lose the weight, eat fewer calories. I can attest to this. Working out builds strength and stamina and releases all sorts of hormones to make you feel good but eating less and different food will ultimately lose the weight, Good luck and let us know how you get on

You have no reason to feel embarrassed! You will find someone and you will make love to them. Keep working on improving yourself. The best thing you can do is show confidence!! Men (and woman) are very attracted to a strong, confident woman.
To answer your question; when you reach the point of intimacy, be honest with your partner. Lying is never the best way to start a relationship. Also, there is no shame in being a bit older and still being a virgin. You just haven't found someone to share yourself with. Good luck!

I wouldn't me it the first.thing you share. Give it time. If both you and potential partner are relationship desiring, you'll know when the time is right.
