Being in real estate i was in my 20's when i bought my first home with a pool.
At early 30 i had a nice big mansion, big garden and 2 pools.
No wife or kids, but my nieces and nephews and some cousins always were happy to come and visit. As they got older, they would stop by themselves (no parents).
