In Spite Of Being My Father's Favorite, I Turned Out To Be A Lesbian
There is so much right now about women being in power. What if you don't want power? What if you are naturally submissive and you want a strong 'man'? What is wrong with that?
I have never identified with any of the current circulations about independent women. My father is a successful man in his profession. He certainly does not put up with nonsense, it costs him money if he does. In his business you are an employee, period. There is no preference given to whether you are male or female. He hires for skills, and frankly the women do not apply for those jobs. You see, those are men's jobs. In the yard, welding, moving heavy equipment, dirty, hard jobs. The women who apply want the office jobs. So they have women's jobs.
I'm the youngest of four daughters, and in the world of a household full of women, I'm his favorite. That's my place in the pecking order, my sisters and my mother know that and they defer to me. It's natural. Of course being the favorite also means that I am the one who gives him affection, attention.
I worked during high school at my father's company. At that time, this was in the 2015 period, the women there were nice and accommodating. And respectful. One woman, Susan, was the office manager. She went from being a good employee to a woman's rights activist after the pandemic and my father fired her. Because she destroyed the cohesiveness of the office.
I am through with college, I have my MBA. I graduated in the summer of 2021. I work at my father's business, starting at the bottom, in a woman's job. And he introduced me to eligible men in business. But it was never likely. I was seduced by Susan when I was still in high school, it turns out that I lean that way. It went to Susan's head, she thought she had the daughter of the owner on her side. She was wrong. She got fired for making waves.
My love life, intimate life, has been that way. Always attracted to strong physical woman. You know, the proverbial catcher on the soft ball team. Strong, physical, heavy, tough, a leader. Yes I'm attracted to those women. I loved her, the catcher, in my teenage love. Not a little heart, a big heart. Now I am in love with her as a young adult. But she went to college on an ROTC scholarship and she is an officer in the NAVY. I went to college and came home to be near my father. And she won't be on shore leave for another three months and I will fly to San Diego and spend her shore leave with her. That's one of the advantages of being the owner's favorite daughter, personal vacation time, to be with the one I love.
