But was your dad's soft the whole time? I'm saying this because some men when soft, that thing is tiny but once it hardens, it grows A LOT. Others are pretty much the same size soft and hard, maybe they grow an inch or so. My husband is a little bit over 8+ hard but around 2½ soft & girth wise it doubles LOL
Nothing unusual about that. My older brother and I were both bigger than dad. At least according to our Grandma.
When I was 17 and a cocky hornball, I blatantly asked how big Dad was. He showed me and I showed him. I was definitely bigger... But, the old man had a nice pecker, too.
