At risk that you're serious and not being facetious, here goes:
a muff is a pussy, otherwise known as a vagina. Also called a cunt, twat, honey hole, among other names. If those terms are equally mystifying, then lets just say, a muff is the place in between a womans' thighs where pee and babies come out of.
