Most People Are Sexually Reckless

I grew up in the early 90's when everyone was pushing religious use of condoms. I was under the impression that everyone discussed STDs, testing, protection before hooking up. In my experience this has rarely been the case.

I've had 22 sexual partners to date and only 3 have mentioned condoms. None have discussed testing. I had a girl on Tinder who was okay with going raw even though she wasn't on birth control. She told me to pull out but I suggested cumming inside her and she let me do it twice.
