I Think I'm Attracted To My Landlord

I've moved into a new appartment out in the city after my parrents were sick and tired of me doing weird shit in my free time and having no real job. It was rented out by a mid aged man, not gonna call out his name here. We did some paper work and we were good to go. Around the city we got a couple of shared appartments, because its cheaper and a couple of people are responsible for taking care around the place. He told me that he was looking for any person really, since the place wasn't really affordable for one person, but quite comfy for 2-3 people sharing. So basically he was living there and no one else at the time, but he needed someone to share the cost.
I signed the contract with him on the spot, since he was a nice guy overall and it was the only place i could afford anyway.
I moved into his place 2 months ago. We were genuinly having fun together watching movies, having bbqs or cookouts with each of our friend groups and it was nice to getting to know him better. It was like having an older friend but also a dad that takes care of you. He was doing all the work around the house, also working on his business...i felt a little bad just sitting around in my rooms, simply chillin there while hes around.
I'm a shy person in general... could never talk to anyone, especially not girls or adults..so it was hard for me to be the loner i am sometimes around him.
He very early introduced me to the idea of running around in the house naked at times, like summer, when we get out of showers. He always did it anyway, so i agreed to it. It wasnt something sexual for me at first, but he just ran around the house naked all the time and I personally always noticed his hairy body and huge penis... it was weird to have someone around me being that open about their body and sexuality, but i really enjoyed it.
Around 2 weeks ago i was coming home from my work trip early, and i think he didn't expect me. That's where i saw him in the living room fucking another guy dressed up in girly clothes.
