Missed Opportunity

Last year I was hanging out with a girl I met on a dating app. When we met we both said we didn’t know what we wanted and as we got to know each other we enjoyed each others company but we’re not dating compatible. We hung out for a few months as friends and she had told me how much she regretted her past hookup.

One day we hung out and she told me she went on a tinder date and made out with the guy. It kinda made me jealous cause I was like basically thinking so we could have been making out this whole time?

We got back to my place and after some wine I told her I wish I could have kissed her too. She said why don’t u go for it. I did and we started making out hard. She sat on my lap and I kissed her neck and touched her body. This went on for maybe half an hour we were really into it. Then she started unzipping my pants and I stopped her. I told her I didn’t want her to regret hooking up with me and we could do it if we went on a date. She said yeah and the next day she told me she regretted kissing me bc we aren’t dating lol. Then she started dating the other tinder guy.

If she was already going to regret it I should have gone all the way. Oh well
