My Last Physical Exam

So 3 years ago right before I left for college I went for a physical exam, after the nurse brought me back to the room, the doctor came in, and she was this 20 something year old blonde bombshell. She had to be like fresh out of med school and had one of the biggest racks I’ve ever seen. I know I’m a nerd, and at that time I had only ever kissed a girl, never had sex or anything like that, so I jerked off a lot of the time. She asked me a couple of questions and then left me alone to strip down to my underwear to check things out. I tried my best but of course by the time she came back in I was rock hard solid down there. She noticed and told me to just relax, but like cmon man….so I drop my underwear and try to think of literally anything but how hot this doctor is touching my junk. She felt the first testicle and I was fine, but I looked down for a second at her chest popping out of her scrubs, and when she touched the second testicle I completely lost it. I ended up unloading all over her, on her face and forehead, in her hair, even on her glasses. I was too mortified to say anything, she just kneeled there in shock. She eventually looked up at me and told me to never say anything about this to anyone, but she’s only ever taken a load that big once or twice when she was in school, I think she was just trying to be nice though. She cleaned herself up at the sink while I quickly got dressed and then she checked me out. I haven’t gone back because I’m too scared to possibly face her or anyone there again.
