Boob Problem

Like many of you, my boobs were small, with puffy nipples, before my son was born. Now they have swelled to a 38C. Worse yet, my puffy nipples are gone, and my aeroles are HUGE, I can't wear most swim suits due to the stares I get from men and boys. Does anyone else have this problem? What to do?
