Room With A View.
Recently I started renting a room from a lady who works with me at Walmart. We're both seniors and have problems making ends meet. She has a large apartment in an older part of town. Next door is a two story house similar to ours, divided into apartments.
It's an older place too, with tall windows and I noticed that the people on the first floor have a curtain or more like a sheet hung up in their bathroom window . The sheet is maybe two feet from the top of the window and I can see in from my 2nd floor room.
After the first few nights, I noticed that there's a family living there and I can see them in their bathroom from time to time. There's a teenage kid living there and i've been peeking at him at night. It started quite by accident when I casually looked over there and wow, what a surprise. Thers a big mirror on the back of the door and I can see him undressing. After he takes a shower he sometime stands there in front of the mirror making these muscle poses with his cock swinging around. I've even seen him stroke his cock and stand there admiring his big boner. He's much bigger than my boys ever were at that age.
One afternoon my friend Rita and I were sitting on the steps out front chatting and enjoying the breeze. The kid comes walking down the street and Rita says "Hi" to the kid. His name was Ritchie and after he went inside, Rita leans over and said " That kid is gonna be a lady killer" and giggled. Then she whispers "You should see the cock on that kid, it must be something like maybe 6 inches and he's only 14 years old".
I laughed and whispered " Girl, I see it several times a week". Now were both laughing our heads off and she told me she watched him many nights before renting that room to me.
Now, we both get together on some nights and watch the show from my window and get all wet together.
