Confused Now

A few years ago, I had a short thing with my next door neighbors daughter. She was constantly evolving as she went from Goth, to scene girl to emo and who knows what else.
Her family didn’t give her the attention she wanted, and she decided I fit the bill. For about a month we experimented and I can assure you, she not only enjoyed our relationship but instigated most of it, including her first anal.
As you might expect, she found someone her own age and we stopped hooking up. She left for college and I moved away while she was gone.

Well, last week,I stopped into my old town and visited some friends. Afterwords, I stopped at a bar I used to frequent and it was almost empty. This guy came by and bought me a beer and as we talked he asked if I was from around here. I was instantly put off, I had no desire to be hit on by a guy and told him so. That’s when he told me who he used to be. When he asked “ don’t you remember cumming in my mouth in my room?” Apparently, my neighbor transitioned into “ Tony” a rather slender and ambiguous man. We had a few beers and he told me how his life had changed. When we went outside for a smoke and we’re just talking, he dropped to his knees and unzipped my pants. I didn’t know what to do, so I stood there and let him go. Within minutes I dumped a load into his mouth. The whole time, my eyes were closed, remembering the cute little girl who used to suck me off.
I told Tony I had to head home, and he asked if I’m ever in town again to call him for a legit hook up. Not sure how I feel about that. I don’t know what to expect.
