As Girls We Had To Act And We Did

He was leaving in six weeks, he was going to college. There was three of us who were his girlfriends. We talked and agreed that we should all get pregnant before he left. We mapped out our fertility windows and had to concentrate him on us during our best time. Then we had to wait.

We knew that with first pregnancies it was best to wait twelve weeks before definitively knowing we had impregnated successfully. During our waiting we prayed we didn't suffer a miscarriage. That put us well into our school year. We weren't in the same grade, rising into the 8th, 9th and 11th grades. Me in my sister straddle Steph.

We had to keep quiet. My sister was his official girlfriend, but even her was considered too young to officially date once he graduated. So it all had to be a secret.

How the plan got out we think Steph's mother saw her phone. My parents were really upset, Steph's mother uncontrollable, crying and twisting and turning. We had to act, we couldn't afford to wait another month until right before he left. We agreed to act. Steph had told her mother, if he left and didn't leave us pregnant he would get other girlfriends. After the fact the mothers had to relent. We set up a watch committee. We waited, day by day, by day. Twelve weeks is a long time.

We gave birth over three weeks. We all went to college, no one went crazy. We are close, really close. Steph moved in with us. My father who workes for an investment company set up a Trust for the new babies called The Three Sisters, we all had girls. Our boyfriend never dated on campus, his 'girls' were waiting for him at home.
