Dreams About My Patients

I can't help but get aroused when I'm examining my female patients. Just to be clear, I only see grown up patients. And most of my patients are females, mostly from high end, rich society circle. And they are all so gorgeous. Even for the doctor's appointment, they dress up so fancy.
Now I know I can't really make any move on them, because I'd lose my licence but I still find some harmless and inconspicuous tactics to enjoy their bodies. Like lightly touching their boobs when listening to heartbeats. If someone is wearing loose shirts, I ask them to lift it up so I can check their skin for rashes and moles but in reality I just love smelling their sweet scent and feeling their warm skin. I also try to get a peek of their bra and panties. I get to see many every day.
When I'm done for the day, I take my assistant home with me (we have FWB arrangement) and fuck her brains out thinking about all those beautiful ladies.
