I Don't Think Sex Is For Me

Being an only child and growing up with my mother I never had a man around me. I worked, starting with baby sitting, all through high school. I went to a two year college for an associates, took me four years. I worked waiting tables while I was going to school. For many reasons, living with my mom, long hours, lack of interest I didn't date.

I got a job working for a midsized company in HR as a generalist. My boss is a female, mid forties, and out lesbian. She asked me if I swung that way. I said no, but? I met several lesbians through her, but nothing clicked.

I met a male manager who asked me out. On the first date he went for me demanding sex. I didn't care, I was 27, had never dated, so why not? I became his office girlfriend. Sex was so so, neither here nor there. Messy.

I'm no longer dating him, I'm not interested. I'm trying to get something going with this girl I met through my boss. She's nice, and she likes me. But I'm not turned on.

All I'm saying is I'm not interested in sex.
