It is human nature and you have nothing to feel guilty about! In certain contexts we are all vulnerable to temptation. Just like there is a certain level of extreme hunger or thirst at which our instincts kick in and our reason can't control us until our need is met. You were powerless to resist your biology.
The best case scenario is that your husband understands this and you can find a way to start a dialogue so that you and he can together learn to accommodate each others' bioligical instincts. All married couples should find a way to do this. If he's not approachable, then you need to go into harm reduction mode. Make sure you have protection anytime you may end up in a similar situation, don't tell anyone, be extremely careful to never reveal anything, and compartmentalize, compartmentalize, compartmentalize!
Finally, always remind yourself that the actions you take to manage your needs don't mean that you don't love your husband with all your heart.
