One Week Down, Spending Our Lives Together

My issue is being in love with a married man. He knows, I can't stop myself and tell him I love him every time I see him. I get kissed on the lips and he says I love you too. I know he means like a close relative, he's never tried anything with me. I work with his wife.

Last weekend she asked me to babysit. When I showed up he 'kissed' me, sent me into a state. His wife, my coworker asked me what that meant.

That was Saturday. I stayed the night because they don't like me driving on the freeway at night. She woke me up, she wanted to talk. She sat on the bed and held my hands and asked me if I loved him, really loved him. I told her I did, I know it's wrong but I am in love with him. She told me he had told her he was in love with me. She sent me to her room and stayed in the guest room. She came to get in bed around five.

No one went to church, we fixed breakfast and put a movie on for the kids, then sat at the table to work out the logistics. No divorce, she lives in the house with the kids, he comes home every night after seeing me after work. It sounded so cold. I didn't have a say so, it was them talking.

I went home Sunday evening with her, to pack a bag so we could commute into work together. She had changed her mind, I'm supposed to live in with them now. Something about keeping your enemies close. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday we all woke up together. Only Monday night did I sleep in the guest room.

We talked during the commute every day. He isn't complaining about the three if us sleeping together, that way he gets the best of both worlds. The kids are young, they jump on the bed like it's just the way it should be. I'm supposed to give up my apartment and commit myself to living with them. To save on unnecessary rent and save the commute on my car. We're supposed to move me out next weekend after we rent a storage unit for the overflow furniture.

She and I are talking about making love. The only absolute is making love is restricted to the master bedroom, and we both have to be there, everything out in the open, no fooling around behind our backs.

Leave a door open somewhere to get out of the relationship. One day, you'll wake up and realise you need your own life, own kids, own house. Its not if, it's when.

Don't you love him? She does too. That's why she wants to keep him while fulfilling his wishes. It's what he wants. It's about keeping him happy. This is how you get to have his children. Be happy.
