A couple of years back I attended a casual dinner dance to raise funds for charity. Whilst tucking in to the buffet dinner in a building that had been standing for over 25 years, the fitting of a very close wall mounted radiator suddenly came apart. A jet of almost hot water rose some 10 feet into the air and showered all in it's path. We all got a real soaking.
