Where

I’m F20. Where can I find a SD or SM? I’m a college student. I’m looking for something long term with someone who could also be my mentor. I’d like for us to care about each other and not just a strictly transactional relationship. Everyone I’ve spoken to (so far men) is impatient, immature, disheveled etc. I like a person who is composed, thoughtful, and generally a kind person(especially to strangers). Where do I find these people!?
