I wondered the same thing, there are like Millions of people, young, kids, old, lame and you name it.
One trick I know that is done like at the soccer games over in Europe and South America you see the people in the stands.They are so close and tight you never could leave to find a restroom. And no one wants to miss the game either, and they wont move on top of that to let you out.
So the fans take along a newspaper under their arm. Its rolled up and they carry it in. When they really have to pee the guys will pull out their dik and piss down thru the rolled up newspapers thru the bleachers.

Id suppose the females wearing short skirts just pee thru their panties. The ones in jeans usually wear heavy duty maxi-pads to soak up the pee and some wear diapers.
I think a lot of the older folks wear diapers.
You figure the ceremony takes hours and the people in the Mass and choir have to pee, they must wear something.
Id suppose a lot of the younger boys would just wet their pants and girls would just pee.
They clean up the area at night for several hours. Bet theres lots of piss there and maybe a few doodles of poop on the ground.
