My guess is they feel that urge right at their pee hole because that is where you see them grabbing themselves when they try to hold it in for too long.

Yeah what's different is they are typically weak and can't hold it very good. Ever have sex with one when she didn't need to pee at some point during or just after the act? If so I bet she really felt the urge but just didn't tell you.

it feels very crampy. it also feels like you're about to burst at any minute, and will do anything (cross legs, hop around, jiggle legs, etc) to stop the feeling. usually women who do this are very desperate. they also appear very distracted and worried.
