Twenty Years Of My Life I Have Devoted To The Man I Love

I'm in my 20th year of an illicit relationship with a married man. When I met him he was the man in the corner office and I was the new girl in the cubicle farm. From the first day I met him he made me his favorite. When he changed jobs he took me with him. In our new jobs I wasn't only his favorite, I was his office girl.

That was twenty years ago. He looked after me, moneywise, and professional development. He sent me to get an executive MBA, I rose professionally until I was Controller, after he retired I was named Sr. VP Finance. He made my career. But I'm not married, I don't have children. I suppose that I could still get pregnant, but not without him, and he is seventy.

He has always loved me, too much really.
