Was Told I Am Narcissistic For Being Proud And In Love With My Body.

So I am extremely proud of and love my body. I like to occasionally pose nude for art classes(both sculpting and painting) This one girl who is in the art class says I am very self centered and that I shouldn't be. She would criticize me saying my breasts were too small(I am barely a B cup) to be proud of and my face isn't as pretty as I think I am. Yet I see her looking at me as I model. She seems to love looking at my little tits especially when my nipples are hard. Is she jealous of me? Do I make her wet and she has a crush on me and is just trying to mask it? I am just confused as to why this girl seems to hate me yet seems to enjoy looking at me.
