It's cheating if you think what you're doing would upset your partner if they knew you were doing it.

if your wife is in the same room or car watching you do it if you think she would get mad then yes you’re cheating. There is also emotional cheating. My wife has been guilty of that several times with work husbands.

The answer is easy…. If your wife did the same with a male colleague in his car, would you accuse her of cheating? If not, let her know….
