I was bending over to pick something up off the ground at work one day, which was not a very wise idea for me considering I was really bursting to go pee. As I bent over to pick things up off the floor my short skirt slipped upward leaving my butt crack fully exposed. Then I suddenly felt something wet running down my legs and I realized I was going pee. I quickly stood back up and ran to the bathroom only to find that someone was in there. I was too late, I was already peeing my panties as I stood there against the wall. I had no choice but to just let it go, so I did. It flooded my panties and ran down my legs for a good minute at least. I felt so much better as it rushed out but I knew I had a messy puddle of pee to clean up now. It was so embarrassing.....the lady walked out of the bathroom and realized I had peed my panties out of desperation. She felt sorry for me and offered to help clean me up to help spare my embarrassement. It was very nice of her to do that......but It still did not help the fact that I wet myself at work.
