She Came With The House

I recently bought my first home in a quiet neighborhood close to the outskirts of town. Houses here are a little older but big rooms and bigger property. I like to ride dirt bikes so this had a small shop perfect for my hobbies. I used my parents realtor. My mom actually owns the business so she had me work with one of her realtors that is a year younger then I am at 26. Her name is Lorena really attractive make up always perfect beautiful natural pouty lips hazel eyes. Her hair is a dirty blond with black streaks in it. Stands a little taller than most girls I like. I tend to date the short ties with a big ass type. Lorena is probably 5 foot 5 she does have a nice ass as well round bubble butt with tan legs. Yes I have checked her out over and over and always complimented her on how stunning she looks. Anyone who has ever been in the market for a house knows that you get really close with your realtor because you see them almost every day multiple times a day on weekends sometimes the full days going house to house. Her car was a POS so most of the time she would hop into my truck and ride with me. Always made my truck smell good. I would make that comment to her when getting back in telling her damn Lorena you even make my truck happy. It smells great in here. Simple flattering and a little flirting made the day better is what I’d tell her and she agreed. There was definitely chemistry and after a few weekends of house shopping we got to know each other pretty well. One Saturday late morning we had met up around 9:30 at her office and off we went to 3 open houses that morning. We went through them and had no luck with them. It was close to noon and I thought I heard some rumbling like some one was hungry. I didn’t want to embarrass her so I just said that i was sorry but I was starving I stopped at a cafe and we grabbed some lunch. Now she had mentioned that she was kind of seeing someone but not had been for to long. She had always been professional we where having lunch and she had some printed info on a few houses that she had scheduled for me to look at this afternoon. She was very well organized and we where talking about this particular house close to the outskirts of town when this guy comes up and starts shit with her I looked and was like Who TF are you. We mouthed off a bit as did I and Lorena stood up and took the guy out. I could hear her tell her I don’t need this from you just leave and leave me alone I need to do my job with out this shirt from you. First time I ever heard her use bad words to be honest. She came back she was visibly shook she apologized over and over I told her it was no big deal I paid for lunch and she tries to pay me for her half something a woman had never done before. She thanked me over and over i opened her door to my truck and said hey out first date joking around. She laughed and blushed. She kept apologizing I told her to not worry I would probably be a little jealous if I was her bf because she was spending a lot of time with a good looking guy. She got the joke and said your the good looking guy huh and laughed. We saw the house when we pulled up to it I knew I would like this one. I dropped her off at the office and we looked and had another good day and I asked to see that house again. We did and she said that’s the one I made an offer and some back and forth and it closed. The day it closed she met me out there to hand me the keys she was there when I pulled up and she walked up handed me to e keys and with a sad look she said well I guess you won’t be needing me anymore. I gave her a hug and took a shot and cleaned in and kissed her. My parents pulled us as Lorena and I where embraced. It was a little awkward for her with my mom since it was her boss. My mom and her spoke for a bit they where all smiles my dad who had never met her. I get my humor from my dads side for sure. He walks up and says fuck jay did she come with the house she is a knock out. My mom was thrilled because she really liked Lorena and some how knew I would like her as well. It was her way at getting me to settle down a bit I guess. She picked a good one because it’s been a little over a year and a month after I moved in she moved in and it’s been great. Sex is amazing and that’s a confession for another day. I was wrong I’m not the jealous type after all which she finds amazing and rewards me for it when she comes home. We got her a safer car so no more riding with creepy guys lol is what I told her. I will confess again about our sex life. She is dr Jekyll Mr Hyde when it comes to our sex life.
