How Or Why I'm Frigid Even The Shrink Can't Help Me

It's hard not having a little regret. As a young person I was more interested in the moment and was an accomplished justifier. Sex. I thought of it, but never did it. I didn't like him, he was too old, or too young, not my type, etc. I reached the age of 22 about to graduate and still a virgin. My best friend in college set up a double date, with a case of beer on the line. Come hell or high water my date had to pop my cherry. I agreed before hand, but in the moment I was paralyzed by fear.

He knew about my resistance and the goal was to take me. Running around the kitchen table I slipped and he trapped me on the ground. And he climbed on me, tearing my shirt off before unclasping my bra. My pants weren't much better, eventually I was only in panties. He was angry by then, he had a hard on, I decided not to anger him further and surrendered to him.

The act consummated, my panties off, his dick in me, he gave me 'fair' warning, he was cuming in me. After my initiation, my friend took me to the bathroom to shower, and then to the campus clinic for the morning after pill. Regardless of the consequences I couldn't do it. So much trouble to get there, I wasn't going to waste it. I did not become pregnant which was a big downer.

It was four years later working, that an older man told me, knowing he was getting her pregnant made sex that much better. I argued but finally agreed, sex was better when you were playing with fire. I adopted the position, lowered my pants for him, let him try and get me pregnant. My second time was better, I conceived and became a mother.

I'm not married, I'm his side hustle. His wife is unaware that he has a baby with me. I have to really prepare myself mentally to allow him to perform sex on me. Without it, I would be out on a limb with a baby. I've talked to a psychologist who specializes in frigid women. There really isn't an answer. Let myself doesn't help much, what gives me pleasure is knowing he has a wife to have sex with. I dream about him on top of her.

No, I don't have sexual pain either.

It is possible that you are asexual - having little or no interest in sex, or deriving no real pleasure in or from the act(s) of sex.

Perhaps you may do a bit of research, and find online resources or groups with which you can discuss your personal feelings and situation - anonymously, at least at first, for safety and privacy - with other people who have experienced what you do.

You may also find some counselor(s) or organizations who have more experience with or specialize in persons who feel like you do. If your counselor or therapist has helped you all that they are able to, find a new one(s) who will help you progress further, if that is what you desire.

You deserve to be as happy and content as you are able to be. Good luck to you!
