Tied To Each Other, In A Rudderless Lesbian Relationship

In DC following a move there to look for a job I lived with a friend from college. She told me she thought she was lesbian and wanted to make sure. I ended up with her, she expressed her lesbian feelings to the point that I started to ask whether I was a lesbian.

One night after meeting up with some ex alums of mine. I met a guy, and ended up with him and my lesbian friend found us. The fight was loud and ugly, she tossed off her clothes and told him that he needed to have sex with her too. I begged him not to, but he wasn't hearing me. He had sex with her.

That night was the culmination of a fit of jealousy. I prostrated myself before her, I would never again see another man, but she needed to do the same. We had to get married, to permanently settle things. Neither family wanted this, but we married anyway. Alone, we set out to make ends meet. Our lesbian life suffered from jealousy and doubts of the other's calling.

But separation was out of the question, we agreed on terms to live together. I no longer question my lesbian self, or hers for that matter. We are two peas in a pod, too dominant to give way to the other. Maybe if dress makes a difference, one wears the dress, the other trousers.
