When I was a baby, I wore diapers. Then when I was a little older, I wore little boy's undwerwear. Then I wore tighty whities and sometimes I wear panties.

I'm an adult male and I wear diapers because when I'm out drinking and have had a bit too much liquor, I tend to piss myself and so they come in handy. I can't tell you how many nights I've gone home having completely wet my pants before I started wearing diapers! Very embarrassing to say the least.
