im 23 and i still wet the bed by accisent and i cant help it ive trieed sorting it but it still happens but recently i have discovered that i have another problem it was christmas and the usual happened i got so exited i wet the bed but when i was opening my presents i started pooing myself and i couldnt control it and since then every time i get really exicited i either wet or poo my pants what should i do
