Accidentally Mentioned An Adult Film Star In A Meeting.

We had a meeting yesterday and one of the results of the meeting was needing to have someone from our finance team send out an invoice. There is a new woman on the team and I knew her first name but not last, Melanie. We were trying to think of her last name, she wasn't on this call, and I blurted out "Melanie hicks." A male co-worker chuckled but I wasn't connecting the dots. I realized shortly after that the name i said was of an adult film star.
