First of all some girls can pee with a hard one inside but I believe it does depend on the position your both in. Time it happened to me I was behind her and we were on our sides. She did have to push and yeah; it felt GREAT for both of us. She had been drinking a lot of beer and was so full I could feel her ROCK HARD bladder around her belly button and all the way down to her pubic bone, and just pushing the slightest there caused her to yell from pain. I think before a bladder would explode the pain both there and especially as the pee backed up into the kidneys would get so bad the person would do anything to get the pee out.
