I guess so, but most people just piss wherever they are(like me) in a pool, and if people knew they had a pissing section they wouldn't go to that pool. Stubborn shits!!!

Perhaps - which is why all restaurants should be non-smoking, and all pools should be non-peeing. If you have to pee, do it in a bathroom or the privacy of your own home.
