Jealous Wife, The Girls Have Been Getting Less Pretty

My wife is a stay-at-home mom to our four children, with a fifth on the way. She also gets the honor of planning gatherings for our large extended Italian family. The guys are my dad, my three brothers, and my seven cousins. All have wives or GFs as well.

My wife used to do a great job on these events, but lately she's been slipping. We're a bunch of horny men, so we like to have attractive women doing the catering, entertaining the kids, and also dancing, playing music, etc. for us adults. We prefer these girls to be 18 to 19, slim, and busty.

I think due to jealousy, my wife has started hiring girls who don't fit the tastes of the men in our family. Lately there have been a lot of frumpy girls in their 40s, not thin, not busty, and very perfunctory in their manner. At the end of the day, I don't care how a girl looks or how old she is, if she can at least smile and be nice.

I will add that having younger, tempting girls at these parties really improves my spirits. This goes for all the men in the family. At several events I've caught my dad getting head in a secluded area of the large property we rent for these events. I've caught two of my brothers tag-teaming a catering girl. One of my cousins was banging one of the babysitters. I admit I've let one of the bartenders (she was 21) give me a handjob on her break. I figured this wouldn't be cheating. I love and respect my wife.

All these activities have taken place out of view, but I suspect the wives and GFs have some clues, hence my wife's decision to hire less attractive women.

How can I talk with her and help her understand that it's just boys being boys and letting off some steam? In our family we are all very devoted to our wives. No man in this family would ever to choose to have something ongoing with these girls. The whole structure limits it to harmless, one-time fun.
