I spent my entire life embarrassed about my grown up figure. By the time I was in college, I was a perfect 10. However, nobody ever took me seriously except in sexual ways.

Fast forward to 25 years old. I am taken on a sales call to help the buyer close the deal. He was 60 something and the order was for like 300,000.00. I used my powers of persuasion to convince the buyer to execute the deal. A couple of weeks later, another one. Realizing I had a super power, I asked for 1 percent of every deal I helped to close. I was immediately taken up on my offer. That year I closed 1.2 million in deals for a 12,000.00 bonus above my pay.

The following year I asked for 2 percent and management agreed. That year I closed 1.8 million for a bonus of 36,000.00. This trended up for the next two years. Last year, I closed a 3 million deal and others for around 2.6 million. My December bonus was 112,000.00. It is worth every penny!
