As much as you may want to explore and and let it go further you need to wait until she is of age to consent.

If you do it now there is the possibility of her getting traumatized by it and as an adult she will be messed up and she will blame you for her issues. Let her explore. She must like how it feels. I was 7 when I started , yes grandad helped but I didn't have actual sex until I was 9 but the pont is I liked it, I always have liked it and how it makes me feel, the only thing I can say is if she is like me she will always be sexual and promiscuous , just let her explore, let her do whatever she has to to feel good, just be a good uncle and let her or maybe even guide her.
