This is more advice about how to go about doing anal.

The suggestion above, about cucumbers, is very informative.

I do anal play in the afternoon, before the kids come home from school. It's nice to have time alone, just for me, so I can explore my body.

Definitely invest in a set of multi sized plugs. Start with the smallest and work it in keep it in there as long as you can a couple of days then go to the next size. Same thing stretch it get used to the size and do the same with tru larger one. You have to use lots of lube and relax. Your husband will probably be excited and try and go hard and rough.
